Exercise and Pregnancy

Delivering a child places a high physical demand on your body. In an effort to make your entire pregnancy as comfortable as possible, light stretching and corrective exercise may be recommended. Light stretching helps to reduce muscle spasm and promote flexibility. Additionally, pregnancy-specific exercises will help to strengthen your low back and pelvis, making an easier transition to pre-baby figure due to improved physical fitness.
